Sallahakarah offers digital SaaS platform services, including policy tracking, advisor management, and premium collections. Due to the digital nature of our services and instant provisioning of access upon purchase, we enforce a strict 0% (Zero Percent) Refund Policy.
All payments made for subscription plans (Monthly, Annually, or custom enterprise terms) are processed immediately. Once a transaction is completed, the funds are non-refundable, and your account is credited with corresponding license days.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Owner dashboard or by writing to our support team. Upon cancellation, your service will remain active until the end of your current billing period, after which your account will downgrade. No prorated refunds will be issued for unused days during the billing term.
We provide a 7-day free trial period to evaluate our platform and services. We strongly encourage you to utilize this trial period to verify if our platform fits your agency requirements before making any financial commitment.
Refund requests will not be entertained unless under specific legal obligations or in the case of verified duplicate billing errors. If you believe a billing error has occurred, please notify our team within 7 days of the charge date.
